dc.description.abstract Today the TV-producers are broadcasting TV-programs with a fixed time schedule. A person that watches a program can only shift channels to change contents (or turn off the TV). In the future a person will be able to choose among lots of programs, without following the tome schedule. At any time a person can choose any program and he can also control the program reverse and forward the way he wishes. This idea is named as the VIDEO ON DEMAND (VOD). The interest for VOD is rapidly increasing. There are many companies who investigate and develop the system that makes the VOD-TV. But there was something missing in all those systems. That is they are simply clicking devices, in which a user simply clicks on the list of program that area available. He is not able to communicate to the system two ways that is that he did not have any control of the program he is watching. What we tried to do here is that, to make a two way communicating system, in which you can stop, run, rewind, forward and pause the program as you fell like. en_US
