AUTOMATION OF MILITARY TRANSPORT

Abstract

Data bases are so extensively used today that they can be found in organizations of all sizes, ranging from large Gov tangencies such as the internal revenue services to small businesses and homes. Keeping in view the utilities of the data bases system Pakistan Army is also under going a process of automation, both at the official and individual organization level. In the lead of the above College of E&ME which is the one of prime institute of Pakistan in the race of technology has automated its military transport system. The Software to be developed is aimed to automate the present Paper-work based Vehicle Repair Management and Imformation System in College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. As software based database management systems are much reliable, faster, highly interactive and very User Friendly so the basic purpose is to develop such a system that will be able to meet all the above requirements plus to provide efficient management and a base for future developments in this field inside he college campus. The database is developed using latest Versions of both backend and front-end tools to ensure maximum flexibility and high reliability.
