dc.description.abstract The project aims to develop a control system for a general anti aircraft gun and to establish wireless communication between anti aircraft gun and radar to prototype a design for radar guided anti aircraft gun. Radars can gather direction and location of a target once it comes inside the range of that specific radar, and because the location of target changes with the time therefore the speed and angle of weapon fire has to be manually set after observing through binoculars or naked eyes. These manual settings could be erroneous, so it would be better to automate it. The radar information will give us the position control parameters for motor that controls our designed prototype. The control signals obtained from radar will be transferred through 802.11 wireless network to the motor connected to the control circuitry of the weapon, which in turn moves the barrel of gun according to our required coordinates and then fires a missile on target en_US
