Abstract:
Over recent years there has been growing market need for a low
cost system that is able to locate and track vehicles remotely.
Some applications include from tracking high value or hazardous
loads to routing emergency vehicles and taxi cabs. The system
works by sending SMS using GSM technology of an Android
phone placed in vehicle which contains its Geo-Location. That
information is maintained on a web-server and can be accessed by
web or Android application.
