dc.description.abstract Improving routine immunization is one of the key indicators for ensuring a reduction in childhood mortality. Unfortunately many children are being needlessly affected by many of the otherwise vaccine preventable diseases. Despite the availability of safe and effective vaccines which are free for all, improving routine immunization still remains a major challenge in Pakistan. The project aims at improving the immunization by ensuring that the children are being given the proper vaccination in a timely manner. Through a web based system and an auto-scheduler, which will timely be notifying the parents through Short Message Services and at the same time will be keeping a check with the Public Health centers for the record of the child being vaccinated. The results will be then mapped using Google maps API for reporting and trend analysis. en_US
