dc.description.abstract Vaccination Information System is the complete solution for maintaining all activates related to the child vaccination staring from their birth. This can be done by integrating a system that consist of a website application on ASP.NET and mobile application on mobile phones. The application on the mobile will be the source of effective recordkeeping. This autonomous system works with the help of mobile application which is used by the health worker to record child vaccination data which is stored on database which is also attached to web application which uses the resource from database for data analysis using charts and heat maps displayed on website. This system stores the credentials of the parents that are used for authentication during child’s vaccination. All the information is stored and managed on Microsoft windows azure and Microsoft SQL server. The central control center is the web application which monitors different activities like tracking the health worker’s daily activities through graphs and geo-plotting on Google Maps for performance evaluation and efficient working from National to District level. The evaluation of data is the major part of the project where the data is analyzed for worker performance, on time vaccination of child and number of different kinds of vaccinations. With the help of the above data many different kind of problem can be solved in different condition and scenarios. For example vaccination data could be used by educational institute for the verification before admission that a particular child is in healthy condition. Similarly at air ports, hospitals and other places. en_US
