dc.description.abstract | With the ever-increasing needs of communication the requirement for advanced, efficient and state of the art technology has experienced a phenomenal increase. The functionality of this paper is to describe the specifications for a RS232 data link that will be used for bidirectional communications between the Command Post Exchange and the Communication Management System. This device will include two separate circuits in which a transmitter connected to the Command Post Exchange will communicate with the receiver connected to the Communication Management System and vice versa. Each device will act as self-contained independent systems. This configuration will allow for the data to be transferred from Command Post Exchange to the Communication Management System. | en_US |
