dc.description.abstract Our final year project is about intelligent building designs. It is the new technology introduced in the construction industry which is very much applied all across the world but in Pakistan it is just in its initial stages. Mostly mega-projects are designed under the influence of intelligent building designs. It must be used in small projects too as it is very effective and has many positive outcomes. It is very costly initially but has very high benefits in the long run. We chose it because it is new in our country and has many advantages and can help a lot in energy saving about which is everyone‟s concern nowadays. Our source of data is FFC SONA TOWERS. FFC TOWERS is a one of its kind and is being developed by the renowned MEINHERDT, CITE & SATC. en_US
