A Dynamic Web Application for Exploring Meaning and Structure of Quranic Arabic

Abstract

We planned to develop a web application for facilitating and better understanding of Quranic Arabic. For this we will provide meaning of each word with its grammatical information in the form of color coding. We will also provide related words list to better understand the meaning of the word. We will provide mushaf like page as the first piece of interaction with the software. This will help the users to better understand the structure of Quran. Along with that we will provide translation in different languages and recitation of each verse. Our interactive and user friendly interface will make it easier for the user to extract the right information for him. If we get enough time we will reuse the model for our application to make android and IOS application which will provide the same feature and will be more convenient for the users.
