dc.description.abstract 3rd &4th Generation wireless communication systems are targeting to achieve these objectives by more aggressive use of spectrum which leads to interference-limited scenarios. Effective mitigation of these interferences is necessary to achieve the objectives of high spectral efficiency. Interference Mitigation is the currently the focus of attention of both academia and industry. This project will look at interference mitigation through advanced receiver structure. en_US
