dc.description.abstract LifeFlow is an android based self-monitoring application for promotion of healthy life-style. It helps the user in maintaining a balance in daily life and managing time. LifeFlow maintains a continuous log of user’s activity which includes walking, cycling, driving, SMS & call log, app and internet usage along with the location information and present it to the user in an informative way by generating a comprehensive report. This report is a detailed analysis of informing the user about how he spent his time on various activities. The user’s data as well as the generated analysis may then be shared on the user’s web profile, with user’s consent, in real time where all his friends and family would be able to view it as well as give recommendation or advice by commenting on them. LifeFlow gives smart and healthy suggestions to the user to maintain a healthy life-style and manage the daily routine properly. These suggestions are based on the user’s frequency and variety of activities of daily routine. For example, if the user is sending too many messages, then he would be recommended on reducing the daily SMS usage thus resulting in affective time management. en_US
