dc.description.abstract The process of student assessment and recruitment done by schools, colleges, universities & professionals is a very administratively challenging task both for the examiner and the examinee. For the examinee this leads to extra bit of pressure which can negatively affect the outcome of the taken exam. Similarly for the examiner, the effort required to not only create and secure the exam but also to collect, check and compile is very hectic. In order to solve this administrative problem, a Gamification based Automated Academic, Professional, and Personal Assessment System is required. Such a system can act as the primary communication network, by building profiles of the user over a period of time. This profile building will result from users actively participating in tests and exams created by experts and professionals for general score points. This could enable the professional organizations to shortlist candidates for private assessments (written or oral). Organizations can use this system to optimize the process of recruitment by uploading latest news about recruitments, conduct recruitment tests, profile candidates and conduct audio and video interviews. Similarly the same system will scale to educational institutions, where it can be used to take exams and quizzes, besides conducting personality tests to match students with prospective employers en_US
