Abstract:
Now-a-days students and the teachers tends to use more technological solution to solve the educational problems. Sometimes they can get to the exact solution by searching the problem over the Internet, but most of the times those mathematical problems remain unsolved. The base motivation for the application like this one is that by using these, the mathematical problems can be solved within minimal time, and with the imminent impact upon the intellectual knowledge of the users.This application can be made commercial to gain revenue from its users by providing vast domain of solutions of mathematical problems on some cost. So, we want to develop an Android app that proposes different solutions to the given problems from the users.
Camera Based Equation Solver is developed in Javafor the sake of performing the processing of the equations and providing their output in the way the user wants. It mainly performs the simplest mathematical operations like DMAS as well as it can solve the complex linear and polynomial equations. Steps involved in the solution of the equation can be presented in front of the user upon request.
Wehave developedan application based on Android technology. This app is providing interface for the user to take the image of the equation to be processed and then it can be solved. The user can view the steps of the solution of the equation captured by the user. And it also provides the utility of viewing the graph of that equation through which the nature, and behaviour of the equation can be more thoroughly observed.
