Today, large systems are divided into well defined services. Theses services are formed by different organizations using dissimilar technologies but they all follow a Service Oriented Architecture. Services are often needed to be integrated across dynamic and heterogeneous environments formed from incongruent resources within a single enterprise or from external resource sharing. We can facilitate the reuse and substitution of theses services to work in an integrated manner and compatible components can be integrated to be a part of a larger system.
This project presents an autonomous service system which provides a mechanism for invocation of Jini Services from Web Service Clients. The framework deploys as a standalone process and listens for Web Service Clients requests. It transparently invokes the requested Jini Service and returns the result. The framework is built on idea that Jini Services must not change or incorporate any new module and WS Clients should work in a similar way. It provides accessibility in such a way that enterprise applications could be integrated seamlessly as well as grid computing community can access federated resources. |
