Abstract:
Career Mania, an Intelligent Job Recruitment and Career Guidance system provides an online solution of Recruitment and Career Guidance services to the Job Seekers and Recruiters. The Online Job Recruitment services help the Recruiters in the acquisition of employees to the vacancies in their organizations and thus help the Job Seekers in acquiring employment for them. The service of Recruitment is provided by the System following the Intelligent Match Specification Technique. The System is built with business intelligence which is used for analyzing the data generated by the System for Trends Analysis which helps the candidates to select an appropriate career for themselves keeping in view the changes in career trends.
This report starts with the introduction of the system. The introduction is followed by the related work in this field. Tutorial background has also been provided for better understanding of the technical terminologies used in this document. A complete description of the design, working features of each module is also given along with the experimental results of testing and quality assurance of the system.
The conclusion will show the robustness, reliability and usability of the system. The system behavior and recommendations of how business intelligence can be used in more effective way are also provided in the conclusion and recommendations.
