dc.description.abstract The wastewater that is contained in the equalization basin at Fatima fertilizers’ plant has the ability to be reused. The water that is being discharged to the scarp has potential to be utilized as cooling water makeup. This water contains high amount of TDS which if used as it is, would result in scaling of the equipment and is likely to be detrimental to the process. Our aim is to make sure that this water can be reused by employing a method that is economical and proven. The method that we have proposed is in line with today’s technology and provides water that has the required specifications required for reuse. en_US
