dc.description.abstract The thesis describes the current scenario of the job satisfaction in Pakistan air force. Since its beginning, the force has faced many challenges and the overall performance of the PAF is outstanding so far. Now with the latest trends like human resource as an asset most of the organizations are investing heavily in this asset but most of the public organizations are lagging in this kind of initiative which is creating a problem in the further development of Pakistan air force. So for the development of human resource in Pakistan air force, this thesis is about the job satisfaction of pilots in Pakistan air force and how to improve the level of satisfaction to improve the complete system. en_US
