Inductin, a project initiated by our client organization, 360 technologies, after they observed that a gap exists between the skills students possess and what is actually required in the market. They experienced the situation form an employer point of view and that led towards beginning for this project. The program “Inductin” looks to polish students’ skills and provide employers with trained labor. Our client organization, 360 Technologies, has started Inductin as a means to help bridge the gap. This Project Report details the application of our knowledge on the real-life project of Inductin in the areas of Marketing and Human Resources. In Chapter 1, we have briefly introduced our client organization and their launch of “Inductin”, highlighting the problems of the program, where we play a key role in the execution of their Marketing and HR endeavors. Chapter 2 is all about the background of the project. In this chapter, we have explained what Inductin is and also mentioned the purpose of the project. Further details about the project have been described including our early meetings with the client organization where brainstorming sessions and discussions took place, which led to us setting our objectives for the project. Chapter 3 consolidates all the project specific information, clearly outlining the objectives, limitations, planning, execution, milestones, work breakdown structure, content and description. In this chapter, we have explained all the activities that we did in the project with their details in this section along with the exhibits. Chapter 4 describes the findings and analysis of all the research conducted via questionnaires and focus groups. It also includes the recommendations suggested based on the findings. Chapter 5 concludes the report. It includes a summary of our findings, suggestions; along with the results of our project and what they mean for the organization. |
