dc.description.abstract |
The title of my thesis is “Benefits of Implementing Human Resource System in
Pakistani Organizations”. The main aim behind this topic is to prove how Pakistani
organization’s HR departments can benefit from implementing an HRMS.
Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) develops computer applications and
manages information resources to support the diverse needs of the organization. Human
Resource Management System automates and integrates the workflow of critical HR
functions like Talent Management, recruitment and Selection, Training and
Development, Performance Management, Communication, and Knowledge Management
The goal of an online HRMS (human resource management system) is to streamline HR
processes. With such a system in place, employees and managers can easily access the
HR information they need, and HR staff can be freed from burdensome paperwork.
HRMS helps establish a link between its activities and the bottom line business goals.
HRMS applications gather, collate and distribute information. Theses applications help
optimize HR processes, make them more efficient and enable organizations to reduce
costs through simplified processes and automated workflow. |
