dc.description.abstract The study on nature of communication and resistance to change has been an understudied topic. In this research a quantitative relationship between Dialogic communication variables and resistance to change has been explored. It is a case study approach on a single organization undergoing a major change such as acquisition. The findings indicate that dialogic communication does have an impact on resistance to change and most of the dimensions of dialogic communication reduce the resistance to change in an organization. en_US
