dc.description.abstract COVID-19 pandemic is the worst of all times. It has drastic effect on the organizations as well as the country as a whole. The construction industry has been affected severely due to this pandemic. This is because it is the most labor intense industry, and the onsite work requires the labor to be onsite. Complete shutdown in the country stopped the operations of the construction industry and causes work delays and labor issues. The main reasons of this were traditional way of working in the industry and lack of technological advancement. Weak health system of the industry is also a big hurdle in continuing the work going safely. This study deals in assessing effective ways for managing workforce during this pandemic. Thematic analysis is done to analyze the data compiled through the interviews done by members of different construction companies. The conclusion was done taking in consideration the data from the literature and the findings of the interviews. The study was concluded with some recommendations from our findings which would be helpful for the organizations to make strategies to effectively manage the workforce in this pandemic and for the future. en_US
