dc.description.abstract |
In current turbulent setting, organizations need competencies to compete and grow. Social Media
use can help companies innovate, grow, and seek new knowledge that can help them be
entrepreneurial to find new opportunities, as the research on the topic remains scarce. This study
advances the knowledge by emphasizing on how Absorptive capacity and Transformational
Leadership play an important role in acquiring the useful knowledge from the external
environment and with the help of transformational leader firms can help the firms to exploit that
knowledge and turn it into competitive advantage, by using it strategically, on sample size of 375
SMEs. This paper contributes to the literature by proving how absorptive capacity and
transformational leadership can be used for business value creation. |
