Observation of restricted diffusion pattern & extent on DWI/ADC sequences and mechanism of acute ischemic stroke on MRI brain involving different vascular territories

Abstract

Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a sudden loss of blood flow from a region of the brain. In particular, this is due to the loss of nerve function. Thrombosis or embolism that blocks a cerebral vessel.AIS is caused by blockage in an artery, which supplies blood to the brain Medical conditions and post medical conditions the statistics based analysis relies that MCA (68%) found in all patients. From the age group of 61 to 65 frequency were little higher (26.5%), Leading number of cases were having Hypertension 164 (82%) before the AIS .Similarly the diabetic patients 150 (75%).The patients were having both hypertension and diabetes present most commonly in study Magnetic resonance imaging is noninvasive test it is not based on x-ray radiation but uses magnetic field.. The patients having headache in medical history were showing highest mean value 1.7350 with standard deviation 1.79188.
