Intelligent Forecasting of Electric Load Consumption using Deep Learning

Abstract

Load consumption of a electric load includes power generated from grid as well as renewable sources. The proposed idea is to formulate an intelligent system to forecast electric load using Deep Learning Memory Networks. This system aims to sense the sudden changes in the load patterns as well as enable efficient responses for electricity demand, management of distributed energy and load management.
