The Scope of this project is to design an efficient composite supercapacitor for low end applications. As their name suggests, such multifunctional structural materials simultaneously carry out two or more functions that would normally have to be addressed separately. For example, a structural role might combine with optical, electrical, magnetic or thermal properties. In some cases, entire complex devices can be built either within or from the primary structural material. This versatility means that such materials can be used in many different areas, from energy storage to packaging. The potential to save weight and volume makes them especially attractive for mobile electronic devices, aircraft, space stations and satellites and electric or hybrid vehicles. Structural supercapacitors have recently been skyrocketing and in use for high end applications, where energy conservation and utilization is accompanied by physical multifunctional composite structures. Designing a composite supercapacitor and utilizing cost effective materials and nanomaterials, carving way for practical usability and design freedom for today’s demands of technologies gadgets and accessories. I.e. flexible to integrate in designing workflows. In our case we re-designed an economical process to fabricate composite supercapacitor which can easily integrate into our current composite industry seamlessly that can also withstand processing temperatures upto 250 C as proven by TGA analysis and also being design flexible to integrate into modern and daily life appliances and applications. By keeping in view of ergonomics its also eco-friendly and doesn’t degass any harmful VOC while also minimizes the external influence as shown in beta testing of proto device i.e thermal /vibration analysis that would otherwise hamper the supercapacitor device performance as said technology has the potential to save weight and volume makes them especially attractive for mobile electronic devices, aircraft, space stations and satellites and electric or hybrid vehicles. |
