dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between job burnout, absenteeism and performance and to analyze the impact of job burnout and absenteeism on the performance among full-time faculty members of Gomal University D.I Khan. This study reviewed research on job burnout absenteeism and performance at the university level and further validates the relationship between job burnout absenteeism and performance. The descriptive survey method of research was used and primary data was collected by the use of questionnaire to find answer to: (a) what is the relationship between burnout, absenteeism and performance? (b) What is the impact of burnout and absenteeism on employee’s performance? The primary data collected was processed by the use of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Variables were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. The data analysis indicates that the relationship between burnout absenteeism and performance is substantial. The findings of the study showed that job burnout and absenteeism are negatively correlated to performance. Basing upon the findings, recommendations for future research are offered. The research findings validate the findings of the previous research carried out on the subject
