dc.description.abstract Changing business environments have pressurized companies to improve their strategy of execution and to utilize tools to adjust their strategy to changing environment. Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system can be utilized as a tool for executing and adjusting a company’s strategy in the short and long term. EPM as a phenomenon has been researched widely but the development of EPM systems have not been researched in detail. We aim to determine the main stages of EPM system development, research how agile methodology supports the development of EPM systems and what are the best practices for change requirement management in EPM system development and to include risk identification phase with Change Requirement Management (CRM). Analysis, planning, implementation, testing and maintenance are the primary phases of the creation of an EPM system. These steps need to be carried out iterative. Our study will be based on systematic literature review, proposing a framework and conduct of interviews/ surveys by the professional software developers working in the field of agile software development. The results of the interviews were utilized to examine the agile change requirement management model is utilized in enterprise performance management system and results shows that agile change requirement management is suitable to handle change request initiated by stakeholders. the expert evaluation of the Agile Change Requirement Management (ACRM) model reveals a substantial vote of confidence from specialists. A significant 64% of experts rated the model as ’Excellent,’ while the remaining 36% rated it as ’Good.’ These evaluations collectively emphasize the ACRM model’s strong design and its potential to effectively address the intricacies of Agile Software Development (ASD). en_US
