dc.description.abstract The building industry in Pakistan is the focus of this study's investigation of the potential for PVC waste management and circular economy practices. A notable need was found after a thorough analysis of the literature: the promotion of a circular economy, specifically for PVC, in Pakistan's building sector. A 40-factor list was improved from the initial 130 factors supporting a circular economy which were also derived from the literature review, with the top 15 factors being separated using Mean Score Ranking. An effect matrix was developed using thorough questionnaires that were distributed to professionals in the construction, academic, and PVC manufacturing industries. The Important Causal Relationships in the matrix were considered for further analysis. With the help of this matrix Causal Loop Diagram was formed with two balancing and four reinforcing loops. Based on these observations, a thorough framework was put forth, emphasizing the cooperation of different stakeholders and highlighting the value of recycling, using, reusing, and remanufacturing PVC. This study provides a strategy for improving PVC circularity in the building industry in Pakistan. en_US
