dc.description.abstract The aim of this project is to develop an Aerial Seed Drop System. It shall employ a quadcopter to drop a payload of Seedballs accurately and autonomously on locations which do not currently contain any trees and are suitable for plantation using image recognition. Moreover, the design focuses on harnessing the force of wind to provide additional range which facilitates proper germination of Seedballs. Unlike mechanisms currently in use around the world, it shall use the force of gravity and wind to simply drop, not fire, its payload. en_US
