Abstract:
Amazon is the ecommerce platform which invites the third-party seller to sell their products on
their platform with the help of a registered store. In many ways, the rise of online shopping has
disrupted the traditional retail market, forcing businesses to adapt and evolve to stay competitive.
The influence of Amazon extends beyond just its competitors; it also has a significant impact on
the brands that rely on it. Amazon's influence on sales, search, advertising, and product
development fundamentally shapes how brands are discovered, evaluated, purchased, and
improved. While some of this influence is positive and leads to increased brand visibility and
accessibility, there is also a substantial negative impact, as it can result in brand dilution.
Purpose of this report is to provide a complete overview of my online store that how I started this
business from scratch and how I launched this store in the UK market. In Amazon FBA Wholesale
Model, Amazon provide the fulfillment services for the seller. My business was operating on
Amazon under the category of Amazon FBA wholesale named as "Eclipse Mall", catering mainly
to pet supplies, toys, and Garden care products. From scratch to launch I went through the
difference processes that are discussed in this report. This report will provide a complete overview
of my business that how I succeeded in the start due to my good product hunting techniques and
by getting approval from the renowned brands in the UK. This report will also help to understand
that how this business failed and what were those factors that causes the failure and how one can
take the precautionary measures to avoid such loss.
