dc.description.abstract This thesis is focused on evaluating the training and development needs in organizations through TNA (Training Need Assessment), self-motivation of employees at organizations. for pursuing training and development, and their current competencies that can be developed through effective training. The research focuses on the study of the variables and their impact on the organization The thesis highlights the impact of training and development on the performance of employees in organizations keeping in consideration the variables of Motivation, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), and Competence. The study shows that motivation, TNA, and competence altogether play a vital role in the training and development programs of organizations en_US
