dc.description.abstract The project covers the leading telecommunication company in the UAE (Etisalat) performance management system’s impact on employee motivation and job satisfaction. The viability of a performance management system, including viewpoints, for example, objective setting, director driven representative evaluations, self-assessment, and conversations among management and workforce have been under expanded investigation. Case study questions the need for such frameworks in the working environment, and the effect on representative inspiration and work execution. Performance management system of Etisalat holds colossal potential to drive employee motivation and efficiency, they are not without their difficulties and misguided judgments. This study aims to find insights into the performance management system currently in place at Etisalat by e&; in order to dig deeper on the success model that is present. en_US
