dc.description.abstract Social media is the most used platform in the world in which we share information with people about products and services and the promotion of a new business. This project focuses on the purpose of social media and its uses in the online delivery system. Marketers should focus on promoting their products on Instagram because it is the most used platform all over. The problems that customers face with online products are that they do not have the authority to check the quality, size, and actual product which has been shown in the picture. As time is passing many marketers have started their businesses through online marketing. en_US
