dc.description.abstract Currently developed consumer utilities lack a proper system to bring together and manage all the services under a single dashboard. They neglect presenting a common geo-web platform which is a major setback in the globally connected and advancing world of today. This project provides a prudent integration and analysis platform, combining various techniques to generate pragmatic results for better decision making that is both cost and time effective. The proposed system provides: complaint response, POI mapping and incident reporting to facilitate the residents of DHA phase-2 as a prototype by adding efficiency existing systems. Residents can report an electricity breakdown, a gas leak, a nonfunctional street light, any incident of theft, fire, medical emergency etc simply by providing their consumer numbers based on which they will be recognized by the system. The option to map points of interest (locate position on map) helps inform others about new schools or shopping mall nearby, or may be an eating place worth visiting. This system can be developed for any housing society. GIS-based tools for analysis and visualization which can measure and model issues with planning and consumer care are presented as consolidated Geo-web system in this project. In this way, benefit of a powerful workflow solution with consumer satisfaction is achieved. en_US
