The project is a comprehensive solution for precise testing of hydraulic pumps ensuring the
efficient and rapid maintenance of these pumps. The project journey addresses the optimization in
the repair of Recovery and Construction Vehicles’ Hydraulic systems in three milestones. First
stage focusses on design study of multi range flow and pressure system for Diagnostic Hydraulic
Circuits (DHC), prioritizing the precise oil control through “one for all” component selection along
with the adaptable configuration, The objective is to regulate fluid flow and pressure within desired
ranges, considering aspect like fluid viscosity, temperature and system safety.
Second milestone entails the conversion of DHC to a portable and handy diagnostic Test Kit for
quick and accurate field-based fault identification. While the final milestone encompasses the
successful testing of the Kit made along with the test results validation (M88A1-ARV) and user
certification.
The project contributes to advancing hydraulic technology tailored specifically for C-Vehicles.
The proposed test kit ensures precision, reliability and efficient maintenance, addressing the
unique challenge of hydraulic systems in the context of C-Vehicle within industrial settings. This
innovative facility basically facilitates the efficient hydraulic system repairs potentially saving the
time and money of the customer. |
