Abstract

Pakistan being a developing economy and a low per capita income more efficiency needs to be obtained in our processed through the application of technology. Our agriculture is similar and where technology is developed for crop farming to improve production the livestock section still lacks in the sense that it has not reached its true potential. Our product aims at solving the problem of a slow growth rate of buffalos, which affects the production of milk and meat. The industry is analyzed to see how successful our product would be. Analyzing the industry includes setting the target market, PESTL analysis and Porters five forces. After analyzing the industry a business model is developed which includes customer segment, customer relationship, Value proposition, key partners, key activities, key resources, revenues and costs.
