Abstract:
This project analyzes how a well-designed performance management system, incorporated with the organizational goals at AIS can help in building up a strong base for the system along with checking the high turnover rate and elevating the level of satisfaction of employees. It has been observed that over a period of seven years, since AIS was founded, it has lost more than 30% of its experienced and well-trained employees. By identifying the weak areas in the performance management system, the organization will be able to eliminate the archaic practices and will inculcate modernistic systems.
